This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.27 of 2014, on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioners were ended in acquittal on 11.11.2016 by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai.
