The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.07.2017 for offences under Sections 406, 420, 447 and 468 IPC. 2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions submitted that the complaint has been closed after conducting petition enquiry.

3.Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
