(MD) Nos. 774 of 2024 :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, to direct the III Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai to number the Unnumbered I.A. (Diary) No. 29326 of 2023 in I.A. No. 395 of 2020 in O.S. No. 191 of 2009 dated 13.10.2023 on the file of the III Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai at an earlier date as that may be fixed by this Court.

C O M M O N O R D E R Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions reserving the rights of the Petitioner to re-present the returned papers to the trial court and depending upon its outcome, to work out the further course of action before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs. 02.04.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No pal/ta Note: (i) Issue order copy by 12.04.2024.

(ii) Registry is directed to return the original applications in I.A. (Diary) Nos. 29326 of 2023 and 30763 of 2023 in I.A. No. 395 of 2020 in O.S. No. 191 of 2009 dated 13.10.2023 and 31.10.2023 to the Plaintiff immediately, after substituting copy of the same with a certified copy of the same to be applied and produced by the Plaintiff.
