This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram to dispose the discharge petition in C.M.P.No.5654 of 2009 in C.C.No.348/2008 considering the health condition of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for State.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court finds it appropriate to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram to dispose the discharge petition in C.M.P.No.5654 of 2009 in C.C.No.348 of 2008 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
