This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to provide adequate protection to the petitioner to run his shop situated at the premises of D.No.8/88, Anna Salai, Kodaikanal Town.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and closed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner.
