ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the case against one Marimuthu, his wife Gandhimathi and their relative on the basis of the written information given by the petitioner, dated 28.09.2017 and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

4. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed. However liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
