[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed on the premise that the land belonging to the petitioner has been wrongly given through the issuance of patta and seeking action on the same, by considering the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation given by the petitioner dated 11.09.2017.

2. The petitioner has given series of representations starting from 27.03.2017 onwards and ending with 11.09.2017.

3. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the above said representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2017, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
