O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 19.02.2020 and for a direction to the first respondent to register the sale deed dated 17.02.2020 executed by the petitioner.

2.The petitioner was aggrieved by the fact that the document, that was presented for registration before the Sub Registrar, was refused to be registered by issuing the impugned check slip on the ground that the subject property is a subject matter of land acquisition proceedings. 3.In the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 5712 of 2020 and batch, dated 13.10.2023, it is clear that the land acquisition proceedings have already been dropped. In view of the same, it is left open to the petitioner to re-present the document before the Sub Registrar and on receipt of the same, the document can be registered subject to the petitioner paying the necessary stamp duty and registration charges.
