[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2023 on the basis of the resolution passed by the Grama Saba dated 26.01.2023 vide resolution No.19.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that the prayer that has been sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader to the effect that auction has already been concluded on 30.01.2023, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, a copy of the auction taken shall be furnished to the petitioner. No costs.
