ORDER

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner has made a representation seeking cancellation of patta issued to the third respondent on 06.01.2025. He has also made a representation on 07.02.2025 seeking early disposal of the said request for cancellation of patta. 3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, it would suffice to issue a direction to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry, in accordance with law and pass orders on the petitioner's representation for cancellation of patta issued in the name of the third respondent. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
