The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute as per the legal notice sent by the petitioner dated 11.04.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that proceeding under Section 133 Cr.P.C has been initiated and there is no harassment to the petitioner.

5. In view of the said submission, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected M.P is also closed.
