Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.8313 of 2015: To direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the proposed accused perrsons Ramgopal @ Sundaravenugopal, Jayaraman, Saravanan and Palanichamy U/S.120(b), 294(b), 144,446,406,379,406,420, and 506(ii) of IPC and to file the report of action taken, on the strength of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2015 and his subsequent representation dated 22/04/2015.

2.In view of the same, the petitioners are directed to appear before the 2nd respondent Police on (*)12.08.2015 for enquiry and the 2nd respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry and conclude same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
