Malaichamy seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass him.

2. The petitioner is known to the 3rd respondent / Kandeeban @ Malaikolundu. They belongs to Pappakudipatti Village in Melur Taluk.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, Kandeeban @ Malaikolundu bent upon thrusting his daughter upon the head of the petitioner's son, in default, he had threatened to foist false complaint against the petitioner and the said Kandeeban @ Malaikolundu and 2nd respondent threatened to harass him.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner acts upon imagination. As on date, there is no complaint as against him either by the said Kandeeban @ Malaikolundu or by anybody, in such circumstances, there is no question of harassment and he will not be harassed.

5. The above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) is recorded.

6. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
