This quash petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.26 of 2009, on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Madurai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in 26 of 2009, on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Madurai, has been completed and laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai on 19.06.2017. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
