The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint with the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that already C.S.R.No.51 of 2018 was issued to the petitioner in this regard and that the petition enquiry is pending.

3.The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of the enquiry, cognizable offence is found to be made out, the second respondent shall register an FIR and take appropriate action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
