ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the first respondent to reissue the passport to the petitioner based upon his application dated 19.12.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has been implicated in two criminal cases in C.C.No.98 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam, Namakkal District. He has also been implicated in another criminal case in S.C.No.188 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Sattur, Virudhunagar District.
3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach both the trial Courts and get their respective permission to go abroad. In case if 2/5
any such application is filed, the concerned trial Courts are directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of 4(four) weeks. Based upon the orders to be passed by the concerned trial Courts, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
