O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 01.08.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, he made a complaint to the respondent police for taking action against the proposed accused, but, no action has been taken by the respondent police and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that on receipt of the complaint summons have been served to the petitioner and the proposed accused and they are not appeared for an enquiry and therefore, the report has been submitted before the District Legal Services Authority by stating that the both parties have not appeared for the enquiry. Therefore, the complaint was closed by the respondent police.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Court for appropriate relief.
