O R D E R

Though the petitioner has sought for issuance of direction to respondents 1 and 2, to accomodate his daughter in second year B.Sc., (Agric) for the academic year 2018 to 2019, in any of the Government Agricultural colleges in Tamil Nadu particularly, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3rd and 4th respondents' colleges, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, he would be satisfied, if a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 17.03.2018 is given.

2. In the light of the submission made, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the second respondent with a fresh representation and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider his representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected WMP(MD) No.7702 of 2018 is closed.
