Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in H.S.(M)Confdl No.34/2023 dated 17.02.2023 on the file of the third respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely the petitioner's husband i.e., Ramesh, aged about 28 years, S/o.Ravikumar, now detained at the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing

a proceeding in G.O(Rt)No.64, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E2) Department dated 14.03.2023, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
