This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, on the basis of his representation dated 08.03.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, Crime No.61 of 2022 was registered. All the accused were arrested and remanded to judicial custody. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the accused indulged in the same illegality as against the petitioner even now.
