Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. directing the second and third respondents to discontinue the harassment torture humiliation and untold hardship on the petitioner on the basis of the alleged complaint by the fourth respondent to the 3rd respondent forthwith.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner, on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate reports that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.387 of 2017 and investigation is pending before third respondent police.

direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
