Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent / Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Pattukottai region in e/f4998/2022/bjh/nt/T/f/r dated 09.02.2023 (delivered on 17.02.2023) and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service and also treat the period suspension as duty period for all purposes and to pay all the consequential and attendant monetary, service and other benefits and thus render justice.

WMP(MD) No.4056 of 2023 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. DILIP KUMAR.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.R.A.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, while admitting the WP., the court made the following order:- The respondents have power to initiate disciplinary proceedings and pending disciplinary proceedings, they are entitiled to pass suspension order on the ground of revenue loss to the society. Hence, this petition is rejected.
