This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to provide adequate police protection on 02.05.2014 for conduct of the Opening Ceremony of the Innovators Group of Community College at 113/114, 1st Floor, Dyanalinga Towers, Salai Road, Woraiyur, Trichy District.

2.The petitioner sought police protection for the opening ceremony of a community college on 02.05.2014. However, now, almost 4-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now and the same would have become infructuous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
