Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.132 of 2015 on the file of the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The defacto complainant has alleged that she borrowed Rs.1,00,000/- fro the accused and inspite of return of the amount, the accused had demanded exorbitant interest.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the defacto complainant is a school teacher and she was harassed by the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
