O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioners representation dated 21.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, earlier the third respondent worked under the petitioner. Due to that employment, there was a misunderstanding between the parties, thereby, the third respondent lodged a false case, based on the same, the second respondent now frequently called the petitioner that too without issuing any summons to him. Therefore, he sent the representation, but the same was not considered. Hence the case. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the third respondent's complaint, C.S.R.No.90 of 2025 was assigned and the respondent police

have called the petitioner for enquiry purpose. In the mean time, the petitioner has filed this petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and disposed of within a week and the respondent police has not harassed the petitioner. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Since the second respondent has admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law.

6.With the above observations and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
