ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.132 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 28.02.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 307 I.P.C @ 294(b), 302 I.P.C and hence seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner's husband Nambirajan had illicit intimacy with the deceased and started living with her leaving the petitioner and their three children. On 28.02.2015, the petitioner had gone to the house of the deceased and in a wordy quarrel, she is said to have set fire on the deceased.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent lady and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having three children and due to incarceration of the petitioner, her children are suffering a lot.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is the sole accused and the major part of the investigation is already over.
5. Considering the above said facts, I am inclined to enlarge the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the
petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 28/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
