PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to do an enquiry on the grievances of the petitioner basis of the representation dated 18.12.2025.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider petitioners' representation dated 18.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 18.12.2025 to the first respondent not to register any document for the property in question. However, since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 2/5

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, would submit that within a considerable period, the representation would be considered. She would further submit that in the event if any document is presented for the property in question, the petitioner's objection will be considered.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representation 18.12.2025 with regard to the objections raised therein and if any document is presented for registration for the proeprty in question, the 1st respondent is directed issue notice and hearing the parties concerned, take a decision in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
