ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai to expedite the Trial pending in S.C.No.275 of 2025 within the time stipulated fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.275 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
