ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.318 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested on 05.03.2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) IPC r/w Section 5(1)/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and this Court by order dated 04.06.2015, granted an interim bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner came out from jail only on 23.06.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even after a lapse of 90 days, the respondent Police has not laid charge sheet in this case and therefore, the petitioner is entitled for bail under Section 167

(2) Cr.P.C.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation is still pending and the respondent Police did not file charge sheet in this case. 4.Considering the facts, interim bail granted on 04.06.2015 is made absolute.
