ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondents to register the First Information Report, based on the complaint given by her, dated 08.09.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), submitted that even though summons has been sent to the petitioner, she did not appear and she did not co-operate for enquiry and hence, the complaint was closed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to ill-health, the petitioner did not appear for enquiry and making request to give one more opportunity to the petitioner to put-forth her case before the third respondent. Considering his request, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent for enquiry and if the petitioner is appeared, the third respondent is directed to enquire the matter and after enquiry, if it is found, any cognizable offence is made out, register a case and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
