O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2014 dated 12.02.2014 and file the final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
