This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to register a case/FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.07.2016 and investigate into the case.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
