ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 775 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3.In normal circumstances, we would not have entertained this miscellaneous petition to condone the huge delay of 775 days. However, in the present case, taking into consideration the fact that the delay was occurred due to the medical condition of the appellant, we are inclined to condone the delay of 775 days, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only), to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing 2/3
which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
