PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the 1st respondent to issue direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report of the F.I.R IN CR.NO. 180/2015 dated 05/04/2015 registered U/S.147, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(i) of IPC & Sec. 4 of TNPHW ACT, against the accused persons namely A-1) Dravida Selvi, A-2)Tamilarasan, A3)Sumathi, A-4) Muthukumar, A-5) Archunan and A-6)Dharmalingam within a stipulated time in accordance with law.

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 1st respondent to issue direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime.No. 180/2015 dated 05/04/2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime.No.180 of 2015, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
