After hearing the argument in length, when this Court was not inclined to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1385 of 2016 dated 05.07.2016 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
