O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, there is a matrimonial dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. Therefore, the third respondent lodged a false complaint, based on the same, the respondent police issuing summons and harassing the petitioner and also wrongfully confined her. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 21.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the third respondent's
complaint, C.S.R.No.56 of 2025 was assigned and the same is under enquiry. The respondent police have called the petitioner for enquiry purpose and they will complete the enquiry within a period of one week and also consider the petitioner's representation. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.
5.Since the respondent police have admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law.
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
