ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.73 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 01.01.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 14 of Foreigners Act, 1946 and 3(a) r/w 6(a) of Passport(Entry into India) Rule, 1950 and hence seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, who is a Srilankan national, without passport had entered in the territory of India.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Srilankan repatriate and he was staying with this parents at Mandapam camp and he gone to Srilanka for family function and when he came to India to go to Sabarimalai Ayyappan Temple, he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the respondent police had completed the investigation and also filed the charge sheet and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.2 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram.

5. Considering the above said facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram, and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Paramathi Vellore camp and report before the Paramathi Vellore police station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
