ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Section 380 of IPC in Crime No.216 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that four sovereigns of gold chain of the defacto complainant's wife was stolen by unidentified persons, which was kept in her house. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and is no way connected with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner did not commit any offences as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the stolen articles were recovered. Apart from this case, three previous cases are pending against the petitioner, which are similar in nature, Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of this case and also considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
