This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent/Inspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of holding an enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions

submitted that a complaint was lodged against the petitioner and that after conducting Preliminary Enquiry, the same was closed long back. It is further stated that no further enquiry is contemplated and that therefore there is no question of harassment.

4. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
