2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and that it is yet to be taken on file.
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, no further investigation is contemplated. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
