ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the third respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.12.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.The complaint of the petitioner is that despite the knowledge of an appellate decree, wherein the petitioner has been held entitled to the property in question, the opposite party has effected transfer of an extent of 90 cents. The respondent Police informs that having conducted a petition enquiry, closed the complaint since Second Appeal in S.A.No.407 of 2003 is pending before this Court.
