O R D E R

This petition is for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint made by the petitioner on 22.12.2016.

2.The nature of complaint given by the petitioner discloses cognizable offences as against the proposed accused. It is stated that the proposed accused has received a sum of Rs.2,30,000/- from the petitioner under the guise of securing job for the petitioner's son. Though the receipt of money was also admitted in the statement given by the proposed accused, it is stated that the proposed accused had not returned either the money or secured job for the petitioner's son as promised by him. Since the specific allegations are made for offences punishable under Section 420 and for mischief, the second respondent is directed to register the complaint made by the petitioner on 22.12.2016 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and then to proceed further in accordance with law.
