The petitioner wants this Court to grant permission for conducting the petition mentioned event.

W.P.(MD)No.5088 of 2020 2.The petitioner's counsel states that there is no rival claim and the event is not likely to give rise to any law and order problem. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event. It is of course open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions with regard to timing and other aspects of the matter for ensuring the smooth conduct of the event. The petitioner agrees to abide by the same.

3.With these observations, the writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
