ORDER

The revision petitioner / defendant filed this revision to direct the District Munsif, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.97 of 2018, pending on its file, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since this petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the case no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending for trial from 15.06.2019, this Court directs the District Munsif, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.97 of 2018, pending on its file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
