The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.10.2017.

2.Heard Mr.V.Sankaranarayanan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the first and second respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint itself is closed after petition enquiry.
