O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to Harass the petitioners without any legally sustainable complaint and to abide by the guidelines in D.K.Basu case in 1997 1 SCC 416.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that neither a case nor a petition is pending against the petitioners and therefore, question of harassment does not arise at the hands of the respondent police.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
