This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1& 2 to file the charge sheet in Crime No.12 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court at Paramakudi Ramanathapuram District.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.This Court, in exercise of its powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., directs the first and second respondents to file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, in Crime No.12 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi in Ramanathapuram District, under due intimation to the de-facto complainant, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
