O R D E R

The petitioners filed this modification petition to modify the order in Crl.M.P.No.2923 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tricuhirapalli dated 11.09.2017, wherein the lower Court directed the petitioner to produce the Original and xerox copy of ration card of the owner of the Fashion Crush Garments, No.20-A, Opp.to ABT Maruthi Showroom, Near Fathima College, Madurai-18.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner came from different State, he is not able to convince his owner and it is difficult to secure the ration card, he filed a modification petition to accept the surety from any of the persons who resides in the locality. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that a condition may imposed with the person, who furnishes the surety in the locality. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, who are residing in the locality.
