ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to withdraw the investigation from the 3rd respondent and entrust the same to some other competent investigation officer, under the direct supervision of the 1st and 2nd respondents in Crime No.26 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent and to file final report within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the case has been registered on 19.01.2023, so far, no investigation has been undertaken by the respondents and not even his statement was recorded.
3. Perusal of CD file shows that after registration of the First Information Report, investigation has been undertaken and so far, six 2/4
witnesses have been examined and statement of this petitioner has been recorded. But according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no such statement was recorded from the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration and direction. If the petitioner is aggrieved that his statement is not properly recorded, then he can appear before the third respondent and the third respondent may also record the further statement of the petitioner.
5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
