ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as first accused in Crime No.118 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 22.02.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b), (ii), (B), of NDPS Act, 1985 and hence seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 2.00 kgs of ganja.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner is having eight previous cases of similar nature.

5. However, considering the period of incarceration, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional District Court for Principal Special Court for NDPS Act Court, Madurai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice i.e., morning at 10.00 a.m and evening at 5.00 p.m. until further orders.
